Anecdote* | | Mum was a lovely lady, always there for us no matter what. She loved to knit and did so for everyone. She took all that life could throw at her and dealt with it with grace and dignity, as she often said "you just get on with it". She was kind, caring and would help anyone. She loved all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren; she loved all children. She loved animals, there was no end to her kindness, she had a sparkling wit and often had us in tears of laughter, nothing phased her.
We never had much in the way of the finer things in life but we grew up with mum always being there, always cooking us lovely dinners, always had us laughing. If there was an Olympic event for best mum she would be an outright Gold.
We miss her terribly and always will.
Your loving children, grand children and great grand children. |
