Hearing date the twelfth day of February last past made for the Removal of Ann Pinkney aged about 5 years John Pinkney aged about 3 years & William Pinkney aged about 2 years, children of Joseph Pinkney by Mary his wife late of Bawtry aforesaid from the parish of Tickhill in the said Riding to the parish of Bawtry aforesaid. It is ordred that the said Order of Removal be discharged, the said Joseph Pinkney not being removed with his said children nor the place of his Settlement adjudged in or by the said Order of Removal. And it is farther ordered that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of Tickhill aforesaid do on notice of this Order pay or cause to be paid unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of Bawtry aforesaid One pound and sixteen Shillings for Damages etc. sustained in maintaining the partys removed pending the said Order of Removal. on 12 Feb 1753 at Tickhill, Wakefield, England, . |

Lived therein abt. three months & quitted the same about 4 years ago and that he has not since Rented (a house) of the yearly of Ten pounds ?? parish Taxes Sworn April 3d 1755 Jos Pinkney on 3 Apr 1755. |

Says her said Husband Rented an House in Ship Yard in the Parish of St. Clement Dales in the Liberty of Westm. about three Months at the Yearly Rent of Fifteen Pounds ot thereabouts hathe quitted said House about fourteen Years hath not since Rented House or Paid Taxes. says she has three Children by her said Husband (to wit) Elizth Aged about Ten Years Joseph aged about Six Years & Frances Aged about four Months.
