Birth, Marriages and Death

Birth*circa 1610Frances Pinkney was born circa 1610.1
She was the daughter of Francis Pinckney and Ann Maleverer
Married Namecirca 1630 As of circa 1630,her married name was Thoresby.
Marriage*circa 1630Frances Pinkney married Edward Thoresby circa 1630.
Death*before 1650Frances Pinkney died before 1650; she is not left anything in her Aunt Margery's will but her children are. They are described as "Mr Thursbie’s children, which he had by my niece
ffrances Pinckney which he married". Still to investigate: why does Dougdale's say that she was named in her brother Lancelot's will of 1681? We need to see a copy of the will. Two posibilities; she is just not left anything in Aunt Margery's will but she was still alive or Lancelot's will just mentions her name but doesn't leave her anything because she has already died.
