Joseph Pinkney aged abt 36 years upon Oath Saith he was married to his wife Mary at Bawtry in the County of York on the 26th Dec 1746 Old Style by whom he has 4 Children / Johnaged 5 years or thereabouts Wm aged abt. 4 years Geo aged abt. 2 years and Eliz aged abt. 18 weeks and that he rented a house of the yearly Rent of £10 in Ship Yard in the parish of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster. Lived therein abt. three months & quitted the same about 4 years ago and that he has not since Rented (a house) of the yearly of Ten pounds ?? parish Taxes

Mary Pinckney Aged about Forty One Years upon Oath Says she is the Wife of Joseph Pinckney / Gone from her / with whom she Intermarried in the Parish Church of Bawtry in the County of Yorks about Eighteen Years ago. Says her said Husband Rented an House in Ship Yard in the Parish of St. Clement Dales in the Liberty of Westm. about three Months at the Yearly Rent of Fifteen Pounds ot thereabouts hathe quitted said House about fourteen Years hath not since Rented House or Paid Taxes. says she has three Children by her said Husband (to wit) Elizth Aged about Ten Years Joseph aged about Six Years & Frances Aged about four Months.
