I Giles Pinckney of Long Row in the Parish of Ryton and County of Durham, Joiner, do thus make my last Will and Testament, first I recommend my soul to God, and my Body to the Earth to be decently buriedby my beloved Wife Hannah Pinckney. Item, I give to my beloved Wife Hannah Pinckney the whole of my real and personal Estate, Houses, Debs, Beding and all the furniture in the House. And I hereby appoint Mr William Todd of Greenside, in the aforesaid Parish of Ryton my sole Executor. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundren and Thirteen.
